Need to suspend your membership plan (or plans) for a stint? Use the form below to make a request.

• Please make your request a minimum of 10 business days prior to the start date of your requested suspension.
• 4 Week  Maximum Term.
• Suspended memberships plans automatically reactivate at the completion of the suspension period unless suspension extended, or membership plan is cancelled
• Each request (including extensions) incurs the ‘membership suspension request fee’
• Each request made with less than 10 business days prior notice incurs the abovementioned fee plus 50%.
